What is the Onboarding Commitment Period?
The onboarding commitment period covers your first three months of service—a crucial phase for building a strong, productive partnership. By signing your contract, you commit to fully engaging during this period to ensure long-term success.
Throughout these three months, your VCM Assistant and their manager will guide you through VCM’s proven onboarding knowhow. You’ll also have access to our ops team to sharpen your leadership and delegation skills, along with monthly check-ins to track progress and optimize results.

Who do I receive support from during onboarding?
Your dedicated Key Account Manager (KAM) will oversee and guide the entire onboarding process, ensuring a seamless experience from day one. The KAM works closely with you to understand your business needs, align expectations, and provide strategic support throughout every stage of onboarding. They also monitor your Assistant’s integration, offering proactive guidance and ensuring that both you and your Assistant are set up for long-term success.
With your KAM as your single point of contact, you’ll have a trusted partner who supports your journey, answers questions, and makes sure the onboarding process is smooth, efficient, and tailored to your business goals.
